Tips for using backing tracks
- Practice changing chords to a drum backing track (a more fancy metronome). This will push you to make chord changes and keep strumming in time.
- Practice scales to a backing track to develop your ear, feel and time for note placements. Stick to the pattern when first starting out.
You can find your own backing tracks on YouTube by typing key( i.e. Gm) followed by the words backing track
